Herron Todd White one of Australia’s leading commercial and residential property valuation firms were relocating to another tenancy of their existing address at 167 Eagle Street.

HTW engaged Future Fitouts to carry out a full fitout of their new office tenancy in Emirates House Brisbane following a positive referral from another valued client. Future Fitouts worked closely with the client from concept to completion carrying out all works including Detailed Designs, Coordination of Services Designs with Norman Disney & Young, Base Building contracted works and the Office Fitout. This project comprised site works including management of all service trades, partitions, glazing floor coverings, wall finishes, integrated custom joinery, feature ceilings and lighting.

The Future Fitouts team coordinated trades to ensure pinpoint accuracy of core holes and services to allow connection to base build for a new kitchen, with working in tenanted occupied space below without a hitch. Accomodating these requirements within a critical client timeframe and ensuring excellent standards of on site HSEQ the Future Fitouts Team provided skilled, dedicated and practical project delivery.
